University official Wolf advances to position of Chief Enrollment Officer at Park University
Park University Appoints Kena Wolf as Chief Enrollment Management Officer
Park University, a well-known institution of higher learning, has appointed Kena Wolf as its new Chief Enrollment Management Officer (CEMO), effective January 20, 2022. In her new role, Wolf will provide strategic and operational leadership to several departments, including admissions, student marketing, student success, student financial services, strategic alliances, military and veteran student affairs, and campus center operations.
Wolf has more than 20 years of experience in higher education, with a diverse background that spans beyond Park University. Prior to her appointment, she served as the interim chief operating officer at Park University since December 2020, where she demonstrated her strategic insight and leadership in both enrollment and fiscal growth.
Wolf's extensive experience extends to working with traditional, distance, and military learners. She was previously hired as the associate vice president of campus center and distance operations at Park University in April 2016.
Kena Wolf's new role involves oversight of Park's network of campuses across the country (other than the Parkville Campus). Her experience has prepared her well for this role, with a critical perspective on the changing national enrollment landscape, as noted by Park University President Shane Smeed.
Wolf's education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from Kansas State University with teaching certification, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Before joining Park University, she taught debate and speech at two high schools in Kansas.
