Colorado's Controversial "Transgenderism" Bill Dissed as a First Amendment Abomination by Angry Moms

University dismisses professor due to controversial opinions; facing consequences as a result.

Two moms from different coasts are firing up their keyboards, readying their digital pitchforks, and taking aim at Colorado's new bill, which designates misgendering someone as an act of discrimination.

You know the old saying, "Life can change in a New York minute"? Well, that's what happened to me. I've spent years honing my skills, buckling down on my studies, and building a career as a respected medical professional. And just when I thought I had it all – a prestigious title and the admiration of university officials – they yanked it all away. Let me tell you about how it went down, and why this new bill in Colorado has me seriously pissed off.

It was 2017, and I found myself on a think-tank panel discussing gender dysphoria and the best ways to treat it. I voiced my opinion that youngins weren't emotionally equipped to make tough decisions about their gender identity. I also warned against rushing to give them drugs that'd fuck up their bodies for life. I figured it was common sense, but the PC brigade had other ideas – facts, research, and years of professional experience be damned.

I was soon demoted, kicked out of the classroom, and eventually fired. University officials just couldn't deal with the fact that I wouldn't swallow their pink Kool-Aid. So I teamed up with Alliance Defending Freedom and sued the arseholes for violating my First Amendment rights. After years of courtroom drama, they finally folk’d up and paid me and my lawyers nearly $1.6 million for the shit they put me through.

But that's not all. Over the past few years, more and more people have started to see the light – and it turns out, I wasn't the only one with reservations about this transgender crap. The 11th Circuit Court agreed that schools can keep boys and girls separate in the bathroom, states like Tennessee and Kentucky have passed laws protecting kids from unnecessary medical procedures, and England's Cass Report is all about the dangers I saw coming all along.

But here's the downside – all that support can't stop or even undo the damage being inflicted on innocent kids every day by greedy doctors more interested in pushing their ideology than in good medicine. As a doctor, it's our damn job to do what's right by our patients. If we can't even handle that much, well, we might as well pack it in and call it a day.

Dr. Allan Josephson, former Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychology at the University of Louisville

  1. Dr. Allan Josephson, a physicians from Louisville, has expressed his opinion that the ongoing transgenderism debates, as seen in the Colorado bill, should not interfere with the freedom of expression protected by the First Amendment.
  2. In the realm of education-and-self-development, there is a growing concern about politics influencing the education system, as observed in the controversy surrounding the 'Transgenderism' bill in Colorado.
  3. General-news articles have warned that the Health implications of rushed gender transitions could be severe, citing the case of Dr. Josephson who faced repercussions for voicing his reservations about the procedure.
  4. In the political arena, debates about transgenderism often clash with the beliefs of parents, as demonstrated by the strong opinions expressed by "angry moms" in response to Colorado's new bill, which designates misgendering someone as discrimination.
  5. The political climate surrounding transgenderism has led to unexpected consequences, such as the firing of Dr. Allan Josephson from his position at the University of Louisville, after he shared his opinion about the emotional maturity of young children to decide their gender identity.
  6. In the world of sports, the issue of transgenderism has also caused controversy, with some physicians arguing that biological differences should be considered to maintain fairness and safety, a view that has led to laws like Tennessee and Kentucky's protecting kids from unnecessary medical procedures in sports settings.
University of Louisville terminates Dr. Allan Josephson's 15-year tenure due to his opposition towards children deciding on gender matters. Victory in a significant lawsuit brings him financial gains.
