Support for budget modifications to facilitate social support in the Military District of Krasnoyarsk region affirmed.

The Profile Committee of Krasnoyarsky Kray's Legislative Assembly has approved social support updates in the budget. These revisions, part of the spring budget correction, aim to bolster citizens' wellbeing. The adjustments to the state program "Development of the System of Social Support for Citizens" planned for 2025-2027 will provide much-needed solutions.
Despite the overall budget remaining unchanged over the three-year period, resource redistribution will address several significant issues.
One of the key innovations will be increasing the annual child allowance for school-aged children. The allowance in the region has increased fivefold, now standing at 10 thousand rubles, plus a regional coefficient. As a result, multi-child families in Krasnoyarsk will receive 13 thousand rubles per school-aged child, while residents of Norilsk will receive 18 thousand rubles.

As we edge closer to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, over 207 million rubles will be directed from the regional budget for increased annual cash payments. In addition to federal funding, war veterans, former underage prisoners of fascism, residents of besieged Leningrad, individuals honored with the "Resident of the Siege of Sevastopol" medal, and war widows will receive one-time payments of 80 thousand rubles in commemoration of the anniversary. Laborers of the rear can expect 55 thousand rubles.
Furthermore, funds will be allocated for socially significant regional projects.
Plans for Krasnoyarsky Kray include the reconstruction of the complex social service center's educational building in the village of KaZantsevo in the Shuшенskiy district, as well as a dining hall for 100 people at the "Rodnik" Child Intermediate Care Facility and the Petropavlovsk Psycho-Neurological Intermediate Care Facility.
Notably, resources will also be directed towards projects supported by the Profile Committee, such as a new modular building for the Enisei Psycho-Neurological Intermediate Care Facility and the comprehensive social service center in Bolshaya Murta.
Additional funds have been earmarked for making the main building of the social-rehabilitation center "Berezka" accessible, where participants of the special military operation and their families undergo rehabilitation.
"The spring revision offers an opportunity to synchronize our watches, understand where we stand, and plan necessary steps to meet important tasks for the region's residents, as well as social obligations that the region takes upon itself, catering to large families, veterans, and defenders of the Fatherland," stated Committee Chairman Ilya Zaicev.
