Young Trainees Celebrate Successful Completion at Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen
After a two and a half year training period, 16 young trainees have completed their journey at Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen and are now ready to embark on their careers as bankers. The trainees, who began their career at the Sparkasse on August 1, 2022, were celebrated by the board of Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen during a special event.
Stefan Grunwald, chairman of the board, congratulated the trainees on their successful completion and wished them all the best for their future. The trainees' time at the Sparkasse was exciting and special, as they worked on various projects across different branches and departments of the bank.
One of the projects the trainees worked on was the popular playground construction at the Böckerhof primary school under the motto 'Adventure Jungle'. The trainees' work placements provided them with hands-on experience and prepared them for their future careers.
The board is proud to have accompanied the trainees on their journey and looks forward to welcoming most of them back at the Sparkasse. After passing their final exam, 13 of the 16 trainees will continue their career at the Sparkasse.
