HubSpot, an AI-powered customer platform, is on the hunt for an exceptional Benefits Specialist to join their team. The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day benefits operations across HubSpot's supported entities, ensuring programs are delivered consistently and aligned with local requirements and company policy.
This role will serve as the main point of contact for employee benefits, compliance, and programs in North America (Canada, Colombia, and the United States). The Benefits Specialist will be tasked with scaling through automation and process design, implementing HRIS/TPA integrations, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reduce manual touches.
The Benefits Specialist will also support annual open enrollment processes, ensuring accurate employee communication and system updates. Day-to-day administration of benefits programs and initiatives will be a key responsibility, with the aim of supporting HubSpot's employees effectively.
In addition, the Benefits Specialist will act as the escalation contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and will maintain and audit benefits data in the HRIS, ensuring timely updates for employee life changes.
The Benefits team at HubSpot values flexibility and connection, whether employees work remotely or from the office. However, in-person onboarding is required for employees joining the Engineering team, and in-person events are required for employees joining the broader Product team.
HubSpot is committed to creating an inclusive environment. They have equal opportunity policies for employees in the US and Canada, and career diversity pages for applicants in Germany. By submitting an application, applicants agree that HubSpot may collect their personal data for recruiting, global organization planning, and related purposes.
The cash compensation range for this role is $66,400-99,600 USD annually. It's important to note that, in Massachusetts, it is unlawful to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
HubSpot's culture is grounded in four commitments: Solve for the Customer, Be Bold, Learn Fast, Align, Adapt & Go!, and Deliver with HEART. The company prides itself on its commitment to these values and encourages applicants who share these values to apply.
Accommodations for travel limitations or other reasons can be requested during the hiring process. If you're an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about benefits administration, HubSpot could be the perfect place for you.
