School roads in the Yakutian district to undergo repairs

In the heart of Siberia, the city of Yakutsk is undergoing significant changes, particularly in its road network, thanks to the national project "Safe and High-Quality Roads." Initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin, this project has been instrumental in bringing roads in Yakutsk to a normative state over the past 5 years.

Over 164 kilometers of roads have been improved in Yakutsk as part of this project, with various sections under repair in different parts of the city. For instance, on ul. Mozhaiskogo, repairs are being carried out from ul. Sevastopolskaya to the 50th Anniversary of October Highway, a stretch of approximately 0.837 km. This repair work will also improve the road to middle school No. 30 named after V.I. Kuzmina.

Simultaneously, repairs are being done on ul. Ryndzinskogo, with the access road to special (correctional) basic school No. 22 for children with mental retardation being one of the focus areas. The length of the section being repaired on ul. Ryndzinskogo is 0.528 km.

The Gagarin District in Yakutsk has also benefited from the capital repair of access roads as part of the "Safe and High-Quality Roads" project. However, detailed progress on road repair works in Yakutsk's Gagarin and Construction districts within this national project has not been reported publicly or is not captured in the available sources.

The Construction district in Yakutsk has seen significant road repairs and improvements under the "Safe and High-Quality Roads" project. Repairs on ul. Mozhaiskogo are being done to access roads of two preschool educational institutions: children's garden No. 35 "Severnaya Skazka" and children's garden No. 5 "Raduga."

By the end of 2024, more than 80% of roads in the capital of Yakutsk are expected to be brought to a normative state. For the most up-to-date, detailed progress on road repair works in Yakutsk's Gagarin and Construction districts, we recommend checking official Yakutsk municipal sources or the regional transport department's recent announcements.
