This year's edition, taking place on August 30th, will see participants cycling up the Col du Tourmalet in support of 5 youth development foundations.

The Win4Youth event is more than just a sports challenge; it's an opportunity for youngsters to showcase their talents to potential employers. The programme, launched in 2013, aims to help young people overcome barriers to employment, providing a unique opportunity for one-month job experiences as part of the Way to Work™ initiative.

This year, 88 young people from 50 countries participated in the programme, working in diverse business areas. The finalists were tested, challenged, and assessed based on team spirit, customer focus, passion, responsibility, entrepreneurship, cool head, warm heart, and working hands.

Paola, who will join 85 colleagues from 35 countries at the Win4Youth event, will gain a first-hand insight into the running of a Fortune 500 company. Her CEO experience will include attending operational meetings, carrying out business assignments, and meeting new colleagues.
