Preparation work commences at Primary School North West on 12th September
The city of Bietigheim-Bissingen is gearing up for the commencement of the new Nordwest Primary School construction on September 12. The head of the construction project, Mr. Timo Schenk, Head of the Main and Personnel Office, will oversee the project.
The construction will be carried out by the Division of Construction and Environment. In the initial stages, the existing ball court will be demolished, and the initial measures will involve dismantling the existing ball stop and fence installations.
Construction containers will be set up on the site before clearing and earthworks begin. The school will be a four-story building, featuring a cafeteria and a simple gymnasium.
To ensure traffic safety during the construction period, construction fences will be erected around the entire area, starting September 12. The construction traffic will be routed via Oberndorferstraße, with access at Oberndorfer-/Edelweißstraße.
A digital citizen information event has already been held to provide details about the construction project. The Department of Building Management is overseeing the construction, and they will monitor the progress of the construction throughout the project.
