Heinrich Böll Foundation Seeks Part-time Student Assistant for Project Management Office
The Heinrich Böll Foundation, a leading organisation dedicated to green ideas and projects, is seeking a part-time student assistant for its Project Management Office based in Berlin. The successful candidate will be enrolled at a German university of applied sciences, preferably in the field of business administration, business informatics, or a related field of study. They should possess an affinity for numbers, project organization, and administrative processes, and have quick comprehension and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly MS Excel, is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or other ERP systems, as well as the wiki software Confluence or similar applications, is desirable.
The assistant will work 20 hours per week from November 1, 2025, until September 30, 2027. Their responsibilities will include supporting project organization, administration, scheduling, monitoring progress, meeting preparation, communication, and email management.
The assistant will also contribute to the implementation of the joint task "Participation, Gender Democracy, and Anti-Discrimination." The Heinrich Böll Foundation, associated with the Alliance 90/The Greens party, is an international community active in over 60 countries, with its headquarters in Berlin.
