Shane B. Smeed, an experienced leader in higher education, has been appointed as the interim president of Park University. This role marks a significant milestone in Smeed's career, demonstrating his expertise in education administration.

In addition to his roles at Park University, Smeed serves on the board of directors of Synergy Services in Parkville. He is also a participant in Harvard University's Institute for Educational Management program.
