The Sinara Charity Foundation has announced the winners of the latest season of its "Point of Support" project, an initiative that has been guiding high school students in Perm, Polevskoy, Kamensk-Uralsky, and Verkhnyaya Pyshma since 2013. The project aims to help students make informed career choices, understand modern enterprises, and stimulate interest in working and engineering specialties.

Over 1,300 students from various schools participated in the 2024/2025 season, with the winning schools including School No. 3 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, School No. 16 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, School No. 2 in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, School No. 2 in Perm, Lyceum No. 21 in Perm, School No. 32 in Perm, Lyceum No. 4 in Polevskoy, School No. 8 in Polevskoy, and the Kosoi Brod village school in Polevskoy.

The project offers a range of activities designed to provide students with valuable insights into their future careers. These activities include career counseling workshops, aptitude testing, mentoring, connections with local industries, and practical training sessions. Notable participants in these sessions were large industrial and engineering enterprises, representatives from the banking sector, and business leaders who shared their experiences with the students.

One of the highlights of the project is the "Career Quest" educational intensive, which took place in several cities and involved live lessons with professionals, enterprise tours, competitions, and interactive sessions with specialists. The final stage of the "Career Quest" will take place in Sochi in autumn 2025.

The winners of the season will receive grants from the Sinara Charity Foundation to develop their schools' specialized classrooms. First place winners will receive 120,000 rubles, second place winners will receive 100,000 rubles, and third place winners will receive 80,000 rubles.

Natalia Levitskaya, president of the Sinara Charity Foundation, expressed her gratitude to all those involved in the project, praising its success in fostering a conscious approach to choosing a future profession among teenagers and supporting educational infrastructure.

The "Point of Support" project, now in its twelfth year, has been making a significant impact on the lives of high school students in Russia, providing them with the tools and resources they need to make informed decisions about their future careers.

The Sinara Charity Foundation's "Point of Support" project, beyond career counseling and enterprise tours, includes skills training for education and self-development, as well as career development opportunities, such as mentoring and practical training sessions with industry leaders. Successful schools in the 2024/2025 season will deploy their grants towards establishing specialized classrooms, with the first place winners receiving 120,000 rubles for this purpose.
