LIC AAO Prelims 2025 Concludes: Over 1 Lakh Candidates Attempt Computer-Based Test

LIC AAO Prelims 2025 Concludes: Over 1 Lakh Candidates Attempt Computer-Based Test

The Life Insurance Corporation of India's Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) Prelims Exam 2025 concluded today, with the first shift wrapping up at 10 AM. Held in four shifts across a single election day, the exam saw over one lakh candidates per shift attempting a computer-based trivia questions comprising 100 questions carrying 70 marks.

The exam followed a structured pattern, with a total of 100 questions divided equally among three sections: Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language. Each section was allocated 20 questions and 23.33 marks, with a total exam duration of 1 hour.

Candidates who appeared in the first shift reported the overall difficulty level as Easy to Moderate. However, candidates in the second shift generally anticipated a Moderate to Difficult level of questions. The English Language section was widely considered Easy, while the Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude sections were of Easy to Moderate level.

To proceed to the mains exam, candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each section. The LIC AAO Prelims Exam 2025, with its specific election polls pattern and computer-based format, has set the stage for the next round of the recruitment process.
