Leea Academy Offers Chainsaw Courses for Firewood Harvesting
Lee Academy in Neustrelitz has opened registrations for its upcoming chainsaw courses. Participants can sign up by phone at 03981 4490-101 or email at [email protected]. The courses, held on various weekends throughout late 2025, qualify attendees to fell light wood and process wood of all strengths.
The two-day courses cover both theoretical and practical aspects of chainsaw operation. Friday's session focuses on safety and theory, while Saturday involves hands-on felling and processing. A chainsaw license is mandatory for harvesting firewood, and these courses help participants obtain one.
The 'Small Chainsaw Courses' are designed to equip attendees with the skills to process wood of any strength and fell light wood up to 20 cm in diameter at chest height. Successful completion allows participants to fell 'light wood' and process wood of all strengths.
The Academy at Leea in Neustrelitz offers courses on 17/18.10.2025, 14/15.11.2025, 28/29.11.2025, and 19/20.12.2025. Registrations are currently open, and interested individuals can contact the academy for more information.
