LEAD Group, founded in 2012 by Sumeet Mehta and Smita Deorah, currently has a presence in 8,500+ schools across 400+ towns and cities, reaching nearly 36 lakh students and empowering 60,000+ teachers. To drive this growth, the company has appointed Ajay Kashyap as Chief Product and Technology Officer to accelerate innovation at the intersection of pedagogy, engineering, and AI-powered solutions. Moiz Saif has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer to ensure LEAD's fiscal discipline and shape its journey towards listing. Prasad Narasimha has joined LEAD Group as Head of HR to drive LEAD's culture, leadership development, and talent strategy.
