Khabarovsk's Tourism Festival Returns in 2023: 'Far East - Wild Wonder'

The Tourism Festival in Khabarovsk is set to return this year, from September 19 to 21, 2023. Now in its fourth iteration, the event is themed 'Far East - Wild Wonder', aiming to showcase the region's unique attractions and stimulate tourism growth.

The festival is part of Russian President Vladimir Putin's national project 'Tourism and Hospitality'. It will feature a diverse range of activities, including a gastronomic program, concerts, lectures, film screenings, local brand exhibitions, and culinary competitions.

A key highlight will be the plenary discussion involving representatives from the Khabarovsk region, international tourism organizations, and major transportation companies. They will delve into the prospects and challenges of tourism development in the Far East regions and strategies to attract tourists from central and western Russia.

Young entrepreneurs will also have the opportunity to participate in the 'Youth Accelerator' business game, where they can create innovative tourist routes in the Khabarovsk region. The event will culminate in a presentation of Fedor Konyukhov's equestrian expedition.
