Impacteers Expands Across South India to Transform 2.1M Careers by 2025
Impacteers, a Chennai-based tech startup, is expanding its reach across South India. The AI-powered platform, a product of Genrichers Innovations, aims to reshape career prospects for millions by 2025.
Impacteers, with a global team of over 250 professionals, is currently active in Tamil Nadu, collaborating with over 100 colleges to reach 600,000 students. By December 2025, it plans to cover the entire South India, with Phase-I completion targeted by then. The expansion will initially focus on Andhra Pradesh, with plans to reach other southern states by mid-2026.
The platform, which connects individuals in India and Germany, has already onboarded over 300 mentors and is reviewing 2,500 more profiles. It offers career-shaping interventions like resume building, interview preparation, and skill enhancement to over 2.1 million individuals nationwide. Of these, more than 1.5 million are job-seekers, while 600,000 are students ready to enter the workforce. So far, over 50,000 job seekers have identified and started bridging their employment gaps with Impacteers' help.
