HVAC Instructor - Technical Pedagogy
Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI), a U.S. affiliate of Mitsubishi Electric, is seeking a dedicated Technical Trainer to join its Service Center Division (SCD). This role presents an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking individual to make a significant impact in the energy and transportation solutions sector.
The Technical Trainer will be responsible for a wide array of duties, including training delivery, program development, technical support, certification & recordkeeping, product & process updates, returned material evaluation, ISO & compliance, department collaboration, customer engagement, and brand representation.
To be considered for this role, applicants should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, HVAC technology, or a related technical field, with 3-5 years of experience in technical service, support, or training roles. Successful candidates will also possess product & technical expertise, training & development skills, service support & process management experience, strong communication & presentation skills, a strategic & collaborative mindset, and technical proficiency.
