Bitkom Compliance Solutions, a leading compliance solutions provider based in Berlin, is on the hunt for a fully-qualified Lawyer (m/f/d) with a strong background in environmental and product protection law.
The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of roles related to environmental and product protection. This includes advising companies, identifying and implementing product-related obligations, and ensuring product conformity across European markets.
With a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in European environmental and product protection law and customer consulting, the ideal candidate will have a passion for advising companies and a knack for communicating precisely in writing and verbally. They will also possess good analytical and conceptual skills, and the ability to work independently and customer-oriented.
In addition to a deep understanding of European and national legislations, such as WEEE, batteries, packaging, eco-design, RoHS, CE conformity, or copyright levies, the candidate should be highly committed, flexible, and goal-oriented. They should also be able to set priorities clearly.
