Collaborative Effort of DMIHER and Adani Foundation Under Scrutiny by Khaitan and CAM
In a significant move towards advancing affordable healthcare solutions, Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research (DMIHER) and Adani Foundation have announced a collaboration. The alliance aims to establish a global Centre of Excellence (CoE) focused on affordable healthcare education and delivery mechanisms.
This collaboration is set to strengthen DMIHER’s impact and reach across academic innovation, clinical research, and community health. DMIHER, a deemed-to-be university with 15 institutes and 5 teaching hospitals, will work alongside Adani Foundation to achieve this goal.
Regarding legal advisories in this collaboration, Khaitan & Co advised DMIHER on structuring and documenting the agreement. The Khaitan team included partners Kartick Maheshwari, Monika Srivastava, Sanchit Agarwal, and associates Romit Kohli, Shivangi Mishra, and Pavitra Khaitan.
