Bavaria's Top 10 Nursing Schools: Klinikum Landshut's Class of 2023 Shines
The graduating class of 2023 from the Vocational School for Nursing at Klinikum Landshut has been recognized for outstanding achievements. This has placed the school among the top 10 best nursing schools in Bavaria in the final exam. The Bavarian State Ministry for Health has commended the exceptional commitment of nursing schools for implementing and organizing the restructured training.
The certificates were presented by Dr. Rainer Hutka, the head of the Bavarian State Ministry for Health, Care, and Prevention. He conveyed greetings from Health Minister Judith Gerlach. The award acknowledges the successful motivation and teaching of students by the entire teaching team. This was achieved despite challenging conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The class of 2023 was the first exam cohort of the generalist nursing training. This training, which started in 2020, combines the three professional branches of nursing into a uniform, EU-recognized professional profile.
The recognition of the Vocational School for Nursing at Klinikum Landshut highlights the high standards of nursing education in Bavaria. It also reflects the dedication of the teaching team and the resilience of the students in overcoming pandemic-related challenges. While the Döpfer Schools’ Private Vocational School for Nursing in Kelheim is confirmed as one of Bavaria’s top 10, the complete list for 2023 is yet to be officially verified.
